the Fillmores
Josh is a pastor and Elsie is a teacher. they adore each other deeply, are incredibly childlike and yet wise about their love. Elsie is the sweetest girl I have ever met, she is refreshingly real.. she is genuine, gentle and thoughtful and humble with a sense of wonder and wisdom all in one.. a little bit crazy and a wee bit inappropriate - which I find wonderful. The kind of person you could stay up all night talking to. I am pretty sure anyone that meets her feels the same way.
Josh is one of the pastor at my church, He is also the leader in our bible study, he was the one that married Tim and I.. We thought it would be nice to have someone that's closer to our age to lead us thru our marriage counselling & our marriage.. plus he is a friend so i know i can always come to him if i have any questions or doubts.. I am inspired by this couple.. when i see them, i see true love, i see happiness, i see God's work, i see a couple that loves each other.. Tim and I are very thankful for their friendship and love.. they're fun to be around, easy to talk to, the kind of people that you want to have bbq every saturday(and sunday and monday too)
the photo session was fun, i was pretty much just standing there watching tim taking pictures of this couple.. but i enjoyed it, i got to boss them around sometime.. it was a gorgeous sunny day, with the golden hour and a golden couple..I love every pictures that Tim took, I couldn't narrow them down so i decided to post more than enough. I hope you like them as much as I do :)there are so much love and joy in the pictures, these aren't smile-to-the-camera pictures, it's more about having fun and candid shoots. We went for sushi before the shoot, it was their first time, i was more than excited to see them taking their first bite.. I normally blog with pictures taken by professional camera however i would love to start with my phone taken camera, the Fillmores with their first sushi.
